Notes:	Must have NEW 2020 ACLS book before and during class. Must complete the precourse self-assessment (test) and score at least 70 to enter class. Print the test score or take a picture with your cell phone and show me in class.

Medical professionals who respond to cardiovascular emergencies in and out of the hospital enhance their treatment knowledge and skills through the AHA’s ACLS training courses. AHA’s ACLS offerings highlight the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac arrest care. They also cover airway management and related pharmacology.

The 2 day provider course is intended for anyone who has never had ACLS before. It is highly recommended to attend an EKG and Pharmacology course prior to your first ACLS. If you have been expired for a significant amount of time or are not comfortable with ACLS the 2 day provider might be right for you as you get more practice.
